The Designer makes your ad images, videos, thumbnails, carousels and brand assets.
It is the only team member that creates visuals. Whenever anyone else on your team produces something that needs a picture, the Designer makes it.
Select Designer under Team in the sidebar to open a conversation with it.

The only one making visuals
The Ad Buyer, Content Writer, Promoter and Social Manager all write. When their work needs an image or video, they hand it to the Designer. You'll see a dot next to Designer in the sidebar while it works, and the job appears in Work under Tasks.
That happens on its own. Go to the Designer directly when you want something visual with no copy attached.
Getting work that looks like yours
The Designer works from your brand in Brand DNA: your logo, colors, fonts and voice. Filling those in properly is the difference between output that looks like your brand and output that looks generic. See Make Sam sound and look like your brand.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can it build me a landing page?
No. Pages are built from Content under Pages, or with Design on a piece of writing. The Designer handles images and video.
Where do the images it makes end up?
As cards in the chat, and in Content under Media. Files at the top of any chat shows your recent ones too.
Do I have to ask the Designer for visuals?
Not usually. Other team members hand visual work over on their own. Go to the Designer directly when you want something visual by itself.
Can I use my own fonts?
Yes. Upload them in Brand DNA and they become available for your creatives.
