Connect GoHighLevel and Sam can work with the contacts in one sub-account: search them by tag, date or custom field, create new ones and keep their details up to date.

Connect GoHighLevel

Step 1 - Open the integrations marketplace
Select Connect your tools at the bottom of the left sidebar, above your profile. Search for GoHighLevel or find it under Browse Integrations.
Step 2 - Sign in and approve
Select Connect. Sam shows what it will be able to do, then sends you to GoHighLevel's own sign-in page. Sign in with the account you want Sam to work in and approve the access.
Step 3 - Name it and choose who can use it
Give the connection a name, choose who on your team can use it, and select Finish setup. It moves to your Connected tab.
During sign-in, GoHighLevel asks which sub-account (location) to connect. Sam only sees that one.
When you connect, you may see a screen of checkboxes, and some are easy to scroll past. Sam can only do what you allow. If you untick one, the matching actions in the list above will fail with a permission error.

Each connection covers one sub-account. Add another connection for each extra one.
Can Sam send messages to my GoHighLevel contacts?
Not yet. The connection covers contacts only. Sam can write the message for you to send from GoHighLevel.
