A flash sale is a lot of small pieces that all have to line up — the offer, the emails, the posts, the deadline. The Flash Sale Promo playbook produces the whole set in one run so you are editing rather than starting from nothing.
- →A few minutes. The playbook asks you a couple of questions rather than running blind.
- →Your business profile filled in, so the output sounds like you rather than generic.
Step 1 - Open the playbook
Open a chat with the Promotions Specialist and select the Playbooks tab in the panel on the right. Playbooks bundle skills, integrations and automations into a workflow you run with one click, so you are not assembling the steps yourself.
Find Flash Sale Promo. The card tells you what it does and how many steps it runs — this one is 4 steps.
Step 2 - Run it and answer the questions
Select the card. A panel opens showing exactly what the playbook will do, step by step, before anything runs — and an Approval Required tag if it will stop and wait for you partway through. Select Run Playbook when you are happy. It runs a complete flash sale end to end: the offer itself, the emails, the social posts and a real deadline.
It will ask what you are discounting, how deep the discount goes and when the sale opens and closes. Be specific about the end date — the deadline is what makes a flash sale work, and it runs through every piece it writes.
Step 3 - Review what came back
You get the offer, an email sequence and the social posts, each written for where it will appear rather than copied between them.
Everything it produces lands in your Workbench as well as the chat, so nothing scrolls away. Open any piece to edit it, or tell the specialist what to change in the chat and it will redo that piece rather than starting over.
Set the deadline before you set the discount. A tight window with a modest discount usually outperforms a long window with a deep one, and it costs you less margin.
- ✓In the chat, each piece rendered so you can read it without opening anything.
- ✓In the Workbench, the same pieces saved and editable.
- ✓Nothing published, until you say so — a playbook produces work, it does not send it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I run it more than once?
Yes, as often as you like. Each run is separate, so you can run it again with different answers and compare.
Does it use credits?
Yes — a playbook is several steps of work, so it costs more than a single message. Track what Sam is spending for you shows what a run actually cost.
