Connect SamCart and Sam works from your real store: daily sales, best sellers, funnel and upsell performance, subscriptions and churn, and any customer's orders. It can also issue refunds and cancel subscriptions, and it always asks you to confirm first.

What Sam can do in SamCart

- Schedule a subscription to cancel at the end of its current billing period. It can't be undone from Sam. Asks you first.
Anything marked Asks you first pauses and waits for you to confirm before it runs.
What Sam can't do in SamCart yet
- Create or edit products, coupons, funnels or upsells yet.
- Pause a subscription or change its price yet.
Connect SamCart
- →A SamCart account, and permission to authorise apps on it. If someone else owns the account, they will need to do this step.
Step 1 - Open the integrations marketplace
Select Connect your tools at the bottom of the left sidebar, above your profile. Search for SamCart or find it under Browse Integrations.
Step 2 - Sign in and approve
Select Connect. Sam shows what it will be able to do, then sends you to SamCart's own sign-in page. Sign in with the account you want Sam to work in and approve the access.
Step 3 - Name it and choose who can use it
Give the connection a name, choose who on your team can use it, and select Finish setup. It moves to your Connected tab.
When you connect, you may see a screen of checkboxes, and some are easy to scroll past. Sam can only do what you allow. If you untick one, the matching actions in the list above will fail with a permission error.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will Sam refund a customer without asking me?
No. Refunds and cancellations always stop and ask you to confirm first. A refund can't be undone once it's issued, so check the amount before you confirm.
What's the difference between cancelling now and at the end of the period?
Cancelling now ends the subscription immediately. Scheduling it ends the subscription when the current billing period runs out, so the customer keeps access until then.
Why does Sam say a subscription is active when I scheduled it to cancel?
SamCart keeps a subscription active until its cancellation date. Ask Sam for the scheduled cancellation date and it will show you when it ends.
