Connect Hyros and Sam can send it the data it needs to credit the right ad: leads, sales calls and subscriptions. The connection sends data to Hyros; your attribution and ROAS numbers stay in the Hyros app.
What Sam can look up in Hyros
- Your Hyros account, to confirm the connection works
- A single lead, found by email, phone or Hyros lead ID
- The subscriptions Hyros is tracking
What Sam can do in Hyros
- Add a lead or update an existing one
- Record a booked or completed sales call against a lead
- Record a new subscription, or update one for a renewal, price change or cancellation
What Sam can't do in Hyros yet
- Report your ROAS or attribution figures yet. Those stay in the Hyros app.
- Send individual orders to Hyros. Use Hyros's own integration with your payment processor for orders.
Connect Hyros
Step 1 - Copy your Hyros API key
- In Hyros, go to Settings > API.
- Copy your API key.
Step 2 - Open the integrations marketplace
Select Connect your tools at the bottom of the left sidebar, above your profile. Search for Hyros or find it under Browse Integrations.
Step 3 - Paste it in and connect
Select Hyros, paste what you copied into the fields Sam shows, and select Connect. Once it succeeds, it moves to your Connected tab.
If Hyros has a webhook integration for your payment processor, such as Stripe, PayPal or SamCart, set that up in Hyros for your orders rather than sending them through Sam.
When you connect, you may see a screen of checkboxes, and some are easy to scroll past. Sam can only do what you allow. If you untick one, the matching actions in the list above will fail with a permission error.
If Sam says it can't reach Hyros later on, see When Sam can't reach one of your tools.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can Sam tell me which ad is making me money?
Not through this connection yet. Hyros keeps its attribution and ROAS reports in its own app. Sam's job here is sending Hyros the leads, calls and subscriptions it attributes.
How do my SamCart orders get into Hyros?
Through Hyros's own SamCart integration, which you set up in Hyros. It's more reliable than sending orders one at a time.
