Connect ActiveCampaign and Sam can work end to end on your email: write the email, build the campaign, send yourself a test and schedule it, and keep your contacts, tags, lists and deals up to date. Anything that commits a send waits for you to confirm first.

- Send a test of a campaign email to one address before it goes out
- Create a campaign with its lists, email and send date, or change those settings. It can't be undone from Sam. Asks you first.
- Schedule a campaign, which commits the send. It can't be undone from Sam. Asks you first.
- Pause a campaign that is sending, and resume it
- Create a deal in your pipeline. Asks you first.
- Update a deal's title, value, stage or owner
- Register a webhook for events such as subscribes, opens and clicks. Asks you first.
- Delete a webhook. It can't be undone from Sam. Asks you first.

What Sam can't do in ActiveCampaign yet

Connect ActiveCampaign
- →An ActiveCampaign account with access to Settings > Developer.
Step 1 - Find your API URL and key in ActiveCampaign
- Log in to ActiveCampaign.
- Go to Settings > Developer.
- Copy your API URL and API Key. Sam needs both.
Step 2 - Open the integrations marketplace
Select Connect your tools at the bottom of the left sidebar, above your profile. Search for ActiveCampaign or find it under Browse Integrations.
Step 3 - Paste it in and connect
Select ActiveCampaign, paste what you copied into the fields Sam shows, and select Connect. Once it succeeds, it moves to your Connected tab.
When you connect, you may see a screen of checkboxes, and some are easy to scroll past. Sam can only do what you allow. If you untick one, the matching actions in the list above will fail with a permission error.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will Sam email my list without asking?
No. Creating, changing and scheduling a campaign all stop and ask you to confirm first. Sam can send a test to a single address beforehand so you can check the email in your own inbox.
Can I stop a campaign once it's sending?
Yes. Ask Sam to pause it, and resume it when you're ready.
Can Sam use one of my existing templates?
Yes. Sam can see every template and past email in your account and start from one of them.
